Welcome to Ace Air Ride, LLC (“Ace Air Ride,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). Ace Air Ride operates this website and online store, including all related information, content, features, tools, products, and services (collectively, the “Services”) to provide you with access to our aftermarket automotive products.

Our store is powered by Shopify Inc., which enables us to provide the Services to you.

By visiting, accessing, browsing, purchasing from, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (“Terms”) and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the Services.

1. Eligibility & Account Responsibility

By using the Services, you represent that you are at least the age of majority in your state of residence and are legally capable of entering into binding agreements.

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete account and purchase information and are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and all activity under your account.

2. Aftermarket Product Disclosure

All products sold by Ace Air Ride are aftermarket automotive suspension components.

Aftermarket suspension systems may significantly alter:

  • Vehicle handling

  • Ride height

  • Steering response

  • Braking performance

  • Load capacity

  • Vehicle stability

Improper installation, adjustment, modification, or maintenance may result in serious property damage, personal injury, or death.

3. Intended Use — Off-Road / Show Use

Unless expressly stated otherwise in writing:

  • Products are intended for off-road or show use only

  • Products are not DOT approved

  • Products are not certified to meet FMVSS standards

Buyer is solely responsible for determining legality for street use in their jurisdiction.

4. Assumption of Risk

By purchasing, installing, or using any Ace Air Ride product, Buyer acknowledges and agrees that aftermarket suspension systems involve inherent and unavoidable risks.

Buyer voluntarily and knowingly assumes all risks associated with:

  • Installation

  • Operation

  • Modification

  • Use or misuse

  • Vehicle operation after installation

including risks of personal injury, death, or property damage.

5. Installation Responsibility

All products must be installed by a qualified professional installer.

Ace Air Ride does not perform installations and has no control over:

  • Installation methods

  • Vehicle condition

  • Installer skill

  • Final setup or tuning

Buyer and/or installer assumes full responsibility for:

  • Proper installation

  • Inspection and testing

  • Alignment and calibration

  • Ongoing maintenance

Ace Air Ride is not liable for damages resulting from improper installation, misuse, abuse, modification, racing, or neglect.

6. Fitment Responsibility

Vehicle fitment information is provided for reference only.

Buyer is solely responsible for confirming:

  • Compatibility

  • Load ratings

  • Clearance

  • Application suitability

Ace Air Ride makes no guarantee of fitment unless expressly stated in writing.

7. Orders & Acceptance

Placing an order constitutes an offer to purchase. Ace Air Ride reserves the right to accept, reject, or cancel any order at its discretion, including for pricing errors, inventory issues, or suspected fraud.

Orders may not be canceled once accepted.

Returns are governed solely by our Refund Policy [LINK].

8. Pricing & Billing

Prices, promotions, and availability are subject to change without notice.

Buyer agrees to provide accurate billing and payment information and authorizes Ace Air Ride to charge all applicable fees, taxes, shipping, and handling.

9. Shipping & Risk of Loss

Delivery dates are estimates only and not guaranteed.

Once products are transferred to the shipping carrier, title and risk of loss pass to the Buyer.

Ace Air Ride is not responsible for shipping delays or carrier errors.

10. Warranty Disclaimer

Except as expressly stated in writing:

All products are provided “AS IS” and “AS AVAILABLE.”

Ace Air Ride disclaims all warranties, express or implied, including but not limited to:

  • Merchantability

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Durability

  • Non-infringement

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain warranty exclusions, so portions may not apply to you.

11. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by Ohio law:

Ace Air Ride, LLC, its owners, officers, employees, agents, affiliates, and service providers shall not be liable for any:

  • Personal injury

  • Death

  • Property damage

  • Loss of vehicle control

  • Lost profits

  • Lost data

  • Consequential or incidental damages

arising from use or inability to use any product or service, whether based on contract, negligence, strict liability, or otherwise.

12. Maximum Liability

In no event shall Ace Air Ride, LLC’s total liability exceed the original purchase price of the product.

13. Indemnification

Buyer agrees to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Ace Air Ride, LLC and its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, losses, liabilities, or expenses (including attorneys’ fees) arising from:

  • Installation or use of products

  • Vehicle operation

  • Violation of these Terms

  • Injury or damage involving modified vehicles

14. Intellectual Property

All website content, logos, images, product names, and designs are the exclusive property of Ace Air Ride, LLC and may not be used without written permission.

15. Third-Party Tools & Links

We may provide access to third-party tools or websites “as is” without warranties. Use is entirely at your own risk.

16. Relationship With Shopify

All purchases are made directly with Ace Air Ride, LLC — not Shopify.

You expressly release Shopify and its affiliates from any claims arising from purchases made through this store.

17. Feedback

Any feedback submitted grants Ace Air Ride a perpetual, royalty-free, worldwide license to use such feedback for any purpose.

18. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate access to the Services at any time.

Sections related to liability, indemnification, warranties, and governing law shall survive termination.

19. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Ohio, without regard to conflict-of-law principles.

Venue and jurisdiction shall lie exclusively in Ohio courts.
