Refund policy
All sales are final. We do not accept returns or issue refunds unless the product was damaged from our factory prior to shipping.
Customers must inspect all products immediately upon delivery. If your item arrives damaged, you must submit a return or refund request within a reasonable time after delivery. To start a request, please email sales@aceairride.com with your order number, clear photos of the damage, and a brief description of the issue.
If the damage is confirmed to be a manufacturing defect, we will provide a replacement or issue a refund at our discretion.
We offer a 1-year warranty on all products, which covers manufacturing defects only. This warranty does not cover damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modifications, normal wear and tear, or accidents.
Shipping costs are non-refundable, and we do not cover return shipping unless the issue is confirmed to be a factory defect.
At this time, we only ship within the United States.
